Today, I went to open a new account. I had to fill account opening application 7 times just because the website didn't get the address properly. Though the staff could edit from their PCs but they were not cooperating. I spent 2 hours just for that. Once the application was made, for the identity document, I wanted the staff to add my passport instead of just BRP. Even though there was an option to do so, this guy denied to do it. So unprofessional staff. In the end, they opened the account however I closed the account just after 5 minutes because THEY DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE MY MONEY FOR SUCH KIND OF SERVICE

Excellent, friendly helpful staff. Never have to wait long for counter service and plenty of ATM machines available along with 2 paying in atm’s.

Awful experience. Would not open a bank account for me in branch. Apparently they didn’t have staff!
The app is terrible too. Kept logging me out. I will be changing my mortgage account to bank elsewhere.
