Pls provide more staff who are efficient. I'm shocked to see just 2 staffs at billing counter who were really slow. And only one billing counter? Horrible experience. Ppl were leaving the store without buying cloths including me. The self service billing counter was not working. There were nobody to attend the customers at the product section!

Horrible staff. They’re so rude over such small issues. I had an issue with a clothing which wasn’t scanned well by their employee, however they held me back as if I shoplifted something? Such an entitled staff without any respect for customers. This is simply unacceptable, go to any branch of centerpoint besides this one.

It’s been 2 days since I’ve ordered a product online. Website promised to get it delivered by a day still no call nothing at least leaving a message that it would get late would be helpful.this is nothing and poor service even contacted with customer care ,day by day different agents and different promises no change.

It’s generally best place to get stuff, sad that they closed store in Me’aisem so not visiting so frequent now.

Even though they mentioned exchange and return dedicated counter this lady insulted me saying saying there in only 1 line and even if this is dedicated counter go n stand in the line. I don't know why they don't have educated people rather than having only broken English speaking people. English is just a language not a knowledge

Yet another Centerpoint I've been to and received very poor service. Not sure if it is the poor staff training or what! But seems to be a theme. Here, and on the occasion I visited this particular branch, staff were standing around having a chat. Had to call many times to get their attention and when someone finally (begrudgingly) came over - they were so unhelpful and gave such a poor attitude! I ended up walking out. Just terrible!
