As much as i love Chanel i just hate their staff in this specific store branch! Chinese staff is so so rude! I expect to be treated nicely and with respect everywhere and even more when i come to spend money.
I was on the other side of the counter and the women rudely told me to move away!
I will never spend in this branch agAin!!!

Everything was beautiful, the staff was pretty welcoming ,the coffee was great thanks to mr kareem and their friends.The collections were new and they had all sizes.Would recommend.Thanks to great people.

The worst customer service ever!!! All the staff here are arrogant and not friendly at all ,, expect 1 person he is ok ,, anyway I don’t advise anyone to come to this branch, I hope the main office in chanel knows about this issue and fix the customer service issues and give there staff a real training how to be respectful and smile with the clients.

I love Chanel but this branch???!! I’m very shocked and disappointed with the staff in this specific branch. stood in queue for more than 1 hour. The staff were RUDE, angry for no reason. The girl supervising them I believe she’s arab maybe Syrian idk, kept cutting me while talking and said “I said to you multiple times” with a harsh tone even though I talked to her once !!! She’s extremely rude, most of them act like they’re doing the costumers a favor! The branch was crowded with staff, yet few were serving and helpful. I’m never coming back to this branch ever again.
Especially after reading reviews regarding the same problem for months. Where’s the corrective action??? I don’t usually write reviews, but since what I saw does not fit with Chanel’s usual service, I had to. I hope our comfort as customers is taken seriously in consideration.

Terrible, disappointing experience for such a renowned brand. (Some) staff are extremely rude - I had one employee look straight at me, smile and walk away to stand with his colleagues, only to be called back by his manager to serve me a few minutes later.
