I am eating almost every day in Zaatar w Zeit.
I like the food taste,and the staff are very nice.
Yesterday I asked Amar to give me extra sos for Cesar salad,today he gaved me without me asking for that.
He memorized it.
Special thanks to Amar for this,and his generous colleagues.
I highly appreciate it.
Very good standard of hospitality!

I ordered "scrambled eggs with shawarma" for 30dhs, they don't give you any salt, pepper or sauce, its just plain eggs with no taste or spices. Very disgusting. And the "shawarma" is really just minced beef, its not shawarma. I regret eating there and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

I had the worst experience in zatar w zeit, i was ordering by the till waiting for my order and i saw the lady who is working there her hair is all open while her colleagues are men and putting the hair nest. I haven’t commented i took my order and i ate. I finished my food and i removed the tray and kept it by the kitchen side. Then the lady came to me yelling with attitude saying “hey excuse me remove this from here and put it the other side” with full of attitude and rude way. I have kept quiet and then she kept yelling more. This wasn’t okay and this isn’t allowed to yell at anyone we aren’t in the jungle. Sometimes all we need is good service and respect not tasty food. So disappointed

I eat here almost everyday and been treated very well by staff Amar .
He’s polite and even suggests me what to try next .I always look forward to see him taking my order “

Came here after reading some great reviews, but I was left very disappointed.
I came for the breakfast but when I got there I was told only a small amount of the menu was available. I ordered the eggs your way and was advised it comes in a plastic box and not the skillet as shown.
It took 15 minutes to make when there wasn’t a single customer so I’m not sure what took so long. When it arrived the eggs were over cooked and tasteless. The ‘vegetables’ on the side was a tomato, cucumber and few olives.
The saving grace was the fresh bread which I will admit was delicious.
The server didn’t seem very interested throughout.
I just felt so gutted I had wasted a meal here when I could have gone anywhere in the mall.
