Told us takeaway food would like 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we asked what’s happening and the lady kept saying 2 minutes. Over 1 hour 10 minutes later still no food. When it eventually came I asked for a discount on the bill, to which the owner/manager started shouting and saying we told you it would take over 1 hour. Erm no you didn’t. The lady then said give them the discount and he started shouting at her. Poor service and even worse is the food. Was not worth the wait at all. Avoid if you can. No respect for customer or even their own staff.

Shisha was good.. But coal service was slow... Should have some English speaking staff as well.

Met some friends for shisha and cards. Careful when you don't drink the bottled water because they might not take it back.

A place to go with an excellent sheesha environment... Great location too if you travel by metro... Cheerful staff ppl and best of the thing is it's open 24x7 ... Went their twice and had excellent experience.... Those who are on visit to Dubai... Bookmark it ... If you want a great sheesha .. price I paid for a sheesha is 27 a.e.d ...

It's a typical Egyptian/Arabic Sheesha cafe. The sheesha is usually good. You may not find the exotic flavours.
The location is convinient as it is close to Qiadah metro station.
The place is decent and have comfortable seating.
The parking may be a problem at times.
Overall a decent place.
