I do like Paul’s. Reasonably priced. Excellent food. The staff are pretty good. Although the customers themselves are normally depressed looking, and act as if they are paid to eat there. Overall great place to eat!

Let me tell you about the most incredible breakfast I had at Paul in Dubai – it was an absolute standout! I'll be honest; I was a bit taken aback reading some reviews complaining about the staff's friendliness. However, my personal experience was quite the opposite and left me thoroughly impressed!

I've tried various Paul restaurants across Dubai, from the bustling ones in malls to the more relaxed spots like the Ranches Souk. One thing's for sure – their reputation draws quite the crowd. During peak hours, getting a waiter's attention can feel like a challenge. But to my pleasant surprise, my visit was graced by a different vibe altogether. The staff was incredibly helpful and had such an easy-going demeanor. Believe it or not, I had three attentive waiters catering to my needs, a level of service I hadn't encountered in ages!

Now, let's talk about the food – it was simply awesome! The avocado toast I had still lingers on my taste guys, making it the best breakfast I've had in recent memory. Seriously, you've got to try their avocado poached eggs; it's a breakfast dream come true. Kudos to the talented chef behind that culinary masterpiece! And you know what? Most places tend to overdo the hollandaise sauce on their eggs, but not here – it was just right. The bread was perfection itself, and that side salad? Man, it was a delightful burst of flavors without any overpowering vinegar.

The place had a relaxed atmosphere, not overly crowded, and the customers seemed content and happy. I didn't spot any "depressed" souls around. I'm definitely going for another round because this meal knocked my socks off!

Paul is far more consistent than any other restaurant.
It's amazing to maintain such consistency and standards of this quality of food.
You won't find a difference in food, coffee or any drinks you would have.
Impressive is the least.
They also stand out in service standards. Except few hiccups here and there, you will see generally excellent service and very helpful staff with welcoming attitude.
Food service and quality always the same.
Visited Dubai Hilla Mall branch and was happy to see the same quality over and over again.
Paul is my favourite choice to visit when I can't decide where to go for good quality food.
Another super exciting thing is there coffee. Oh man that's the coffee I want every time.
They need to create more kiosk on popular places like in France for they sandwiches and pastries ???? and coffees ☕️ Hope to see those kiosk around city soon so Paul will be more reachable.

One of my favorite and best restaurants. Always have good food there, high standards, great service, and decent locations. Highly recommended for breakfast.

Amazing breakfast and coffee. Their orange juice is fresh and tasty as well.. overall we have tried different items on their menu and every thing we tried was very good. Their bakery items are particularly great.. must visit for breakfast

We order few times a week onion soup, because my daughter loves it. Unfortunately for the last month, quality of the bread bowl is very poor- it’s dry, smells bad and has nothing to do with what it used to be.
Please work on it!!
