I've been going to belle femme for 5 years! Vicky for home service is absolutely brilliant! She even offered a free 15 min massage. Will book with her again and again ????

The worst service possible. A girl called ameena who is just totally miserable and has absolutely no manners on client care. Belle femme should consider disposing her as she is just awful!!

Classic Eye Lashes Extension did not last for 8 days. From day 1 they started falling. Right after the appointment one eye looked ok and the other eye had messy lashes...I did not like it and would not recommend it.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. i was scammed and paid for looking exactly the same.
I booked to do fringe and hair trim online. But when I got to the salon, the hair dresser amine, refused to do what I wanted. She kept saying my hair won’t suit it and she said the hairstyle that I wanted needed an every day hair blowout .. which shouldn’t be her major concern because I’m fine with doing it.. I’m the one who will suffer not her.
Then I asked to do multiple layers, she refused. I asked to do a V shape cut, she refused. So she ended doing my split end and didn’t touch the bangs area. But then at payment, I had to pay full price of a full haircut…. Rather than just hair trim or even just split ends.
I don’t want any body else get scammed like this or be mistreated.

Whilst visiting her Daughter & new Granddaughter in Dubai my Fiancé had her nails manicured & finished with gel polish . She is absolutely over the moon with them . They are the best they’ve ever looked & now 2 weeks on still look amazing . Which is more than can be said when she’s had them Shellacked back in the UK
