Worst chicken and worst dealing with customers at their branch in the Mall of the Emirates. When walking beside them, they told us they have offers ,so my kids decided to try it. When we said we would take the offers, the ladies at the cash counter looked at us, talked in their language, and then laughed. I asked what is wrong , and they said nothing, although it was very obvious it was something about us. When ordering for my 3 year old a kids meal ,the lady asked me if I wanted it spicy, for sure I said no. When we took the order, our meals looked so poor and soooo different from the pictures they showed. Anyhow, my small one got spicy strips, so I went to tell them I specifically said not spicy. The supervisor there tells me, "This is our normal!" with a strict tone, as if I was supposed to know . Anywayz, to cut the story short, if there was a zero rating star I would have put it , my kids and I did not like the appearance , nor the taste, nor the behavior of the employees there . I would highly recommend to provide a proper training for the employees about respecting properly the clients because adressing to them like this when asked a question is certainly not a way to increase your clients' base nor your market share.

So just a piece of advice ,think about that if you want to stay (become) a player in the fast food industry with an increasing number of competitors ????

Food is average
Their customer service is need to improve. I feel like they are in very hurry to sell everything and go back to room.

The food is good.. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is verry bad.. i was in the emirates mall its evening arouund 7 pm.first they are so nice to you when you are ordering. I ordered a food and waiting for it. I told them its dine in. And then just a minute i got an emergency so i need to go home and explaining to the girl to take out my order but instead of listening she just cutting my explanation. She never give me a chance to talk instead she told me to sit down and wait till they will call me. Lol only 1 customer in the cashier that time. I can understand if there is a long line.. i was so embarrassed how this girl response to my request as a customer. I hope chikking management will take action to the crew customer service conduct

I visited Chicking around 5 months the food was extremely disappointed with the food and service. The food lacked any flavor and was completely tasteless. Additionally, the staff was non-professional and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. Overall, my experience was extremely unpleasant, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Chicken strips: Tastes pretty interesting as spicy chicken and fries with garlic sauce for extra 1 dirham for the spicy fries and extra 1 dirham for the garlic sauce.

I asked for more jalapenos they answered I can’t because we have items counted, then I said okay I want to pay for them and he said impossible because we don’t sell jalapenos on the side, and then said I have to buy another fries to get jalapenos !!???????? never again.

You can visit them if you want to eat fried birds, as the size of their servings are too small, bread not fresh and soft drinks without taste.

This tacos is soooooo bad i couldn't even pass the first taste
