I order one toaster and paid by credit card. After 2 days I received mail that your order is ready for shipment. Again after two days I received a call from BetterLife customer service that this product we don’t have in stock you have to wait for 2-3 week. I said cancel my order and return my money back.
In whole conversation customer service person 2 time he said I am from Aramex and two time he said I am from better life. When I asked about refund he said contact better life I am from aramex.
After that no one contact me and I didn’t get back my money.

The only place they respond to complaints is in Google Reviews because everyone else see it. The 4 emails I have sent, none have been answered! Never buy from this company.

I am adding this review after few days from my initial review. They ended up sending another specifialist, Sudar, for product demo and to inspect if anything was wrong with our coffee machine. Sudar was knowlegable and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there is a limitation in the machine in terms of dispensing the coffee (does it in intervals) when choosing the long coffee with light (orange) option.
They also ended up refunding the amount for the returned items, and sent us an additional free coffee bean pack. This raises my rating to three stars but overall it still wasn't a good experience.

Gorenje dishwasher bought from Sharaf DG broke down on 13th month of course. They advised me to reach directly to Better Life as the official brand rep.
They charged 200 AED for the initial visit, then a 750 AED for a part their technicians said was needed and needs 15 days to arrive.
Better Life woud not order the part before payment.
The Part arrives, the technician claim there is a "wiring issue" and that they cant fix it on the spot despite having changed the part they claimed was faulty and made me pay for initially.
They scheduled a pickup two days later and said it will take 4 days to fix and bring back. Following my objection, they promised to return by Tuesday or Wednesday latest.
They pick it up on a Saturday, I called on Monday they said its been fixed and is under observation and that I would get a call back next day.
Comes Thursday and still no call back so I called them myself; They informed me that the Dishwasher has not yet been serviced and will take an additional 4 days.
I lost all my trust in these guys and there brands, I am now buying a brand new machine after I have already almost paid for one for a servicing that is getting clearly no where.
