Dont bother ordering from here! A 1aed karak tea tastes better! I ordered the vanilla cococonut milk tea it is sooooo watery and totally tasteless ! Staff very slow and do not offer any recommendations. Oh and expensive! Avoid at all cost

They are so slow
I have ordered chocolate vanilla teas taste like water it has no taste of chocolate or milk it so watery really bad experience and taste

The tapioca was hard and uncooked . When we told them about it the staff was indifferent . Last time it happened , the then staff said you should tell immediately . And this time when I went they were like - “ you can write it on google . I think Tiger boba and other boba places are better in quality and price both .And service too .

Rubbish service and expensive (27AED).
I was queuing and a lady simply jumped the queue, the person behind the counter did see that I was next but did not bother to serve me first.
They asked for 3AED extra to put half a spoon of extra bubbles and we wanted to change but they simply told us to buy a new one.
I won't come again

Just went to order for a family of six. Politely we were asking to try the ice cream as we genuinely didn’t know the flavors. The lady serving the ice cream was extremely rude and looked at us like scum. The lady who served me my boba drink was very polite and through the whole experience the lady serving ice cream still looking at myself and my family like scum. I quoted how rude she was and the manager was staying quiet until I asked who the manager was. An potential order of six turned to one. What a shame! Terrible customer service

The worst Bubble tea ever! Guys don’t waste your money. The staff is really welcoming and nice. But the product they sell???????? I got matcha flav, just water with a bit of taste of matcha and bubbles are small and super unpleasant sweet taste. Never again. I used to get from one place and will not change my preference again. Called “Ohmyboba Bubble tea” in Al barsha mall, guys once you try it you will know what I’m talking about. I hope it was useful. For bubbles tea lovers ✌????
