Dined at Chili’s at their MOE branch. It was a great meal. The quantity of food is good for 2 people if you’re not a very big eater and their range of sharing platters are quite versatile. Great to dine with your family or friends - atmosphere is enjoyable and service is great with helpful staff.

I dined yesterday at the MOE branch and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered their Nachos, Cajun Chicken Pasta, and Chicken Tacos. It was quite large portions for 2. And the pasta was delicious. Their service is excellent and the ambience is great too!

It's great a experience. It’s a super cozy resto and it has left us great impressions! Hospitable and friendly staffs, delicious dishes offered, beautiful food presentation, and wonderful service. Highly recommended! Thank you to sir ashraf who assisted us. I would like to come back here again and again.

Everyone knows Chilli’s, but do you know how delicious their shrimp fajita sizzling dishes ???? They are awesome! Full of flavor, the amount is perfect (they come with 2 side dishes) and tortilla wraps! A warm dish that makes your tummy happy for sure ❤️

Fantastic food and service at Chili's Mall of the Emirates branch. The Cajun shrimp pasta was delicious!???? Stellar service from the manager on duty, Joe! Thank you for the dessert!

Our experience at chili’s is always incredible. The serving portions, quality and taste of food, and most of all, the customer service and friendliness of the staff is excellent. The staff consistently checks in to ensure the best dining experience!

Amazing Service in Mall of the Emirates. Mr. Fares and his team are super amazing. From starters to our main course really delightful. We opted platter for 3 +entertainer discount. A great time to spend weekend.

Came with the wife, they had stuff she needed and the queue didn't take long to go down either as well, better than it used to be as well.

Much bigger and better stocked than the nearby Shrewsbury store. Can sometimes be very busy particularly on weekends but they always have plenty of checkouts open so you never have to queue for very long.

This shop definitely needs more tills. Every time we have been to shop we have got to the tills and ended up putting things back as the queues were ridiculous.

I went in and a kid’s outfit had been marked down on sale
When I got to the counter the barcode was not showing the clearance price. Called the manger over who had Brown hair and a slight fringe, she’s petite and is of medium hight. She lacked coustomer service skills and wasn’t helpful. She suggested that I had put the label or another coustomer had as she claimed that she did every reduction label of the whole of primark so the label must be wrong (sounds hard to believe that she does EVERY LABLE IN TELFORD)

When I suggested that she should honour the price and that she sould check cctv to see which staff is labelling incorrectly or to see which coustomer is putting the lable on she refused to do so and said was won’t be helping any more. I then suggested she should have better training and staff should be better equipped to help as I felt really let down, she walked off and utterd words under her breath and rolled her eyes never to be seen again on that day. I was with my sons or I would have asked to speak to another manger to make a complaint.

I think primark should have a look into the “manager/team leader” as she treated me with utter disregard and disrespect, no smile, no apology. Really felt let down. Wouldn’t recommend this store

Popped in to get a couple of holiday items but ended up over an hour and a half later with 2 large bags of holiday stuff should have taken a suitcase. Good value for money

Store has a terrible layout with many key items, like long sleeve tops during winter, missing. The tills are extremely slow moving and can take 10-15 minutes to actually reach a checkout to pay. Only one small bench in the shoe section so you can't try anything on if it's in use.

In many ways this store is far too big to give some customers an enjoyable shopping experience. Specific items are difficult to find and I felt that the store thrives on the fact that customers will pick up items that they don't really need on their way to find the item they really came in for. A few signposts would really help navigate round this store, as would a few more cash tills as the queues were horrendous.

Always great, lots of variety of clothes and home wear. Queues not too bad as went in the evening.
