I purchased a swimming suit online two weeks ago which was meant to be a gift for a friend. Unfortunately it was too small so I requested for an exchange. I was told I needed to choose another product in the desired size, the original one being out of stock. I provided all the necessary information.
Well, they delivered the exact same item, and didn’t even collect the original one. So I reached out again, also letting them know the first swimming suit hadnt been collected. They sent another box, with the same swimming suit, same problematic size, but in a different colour (I’m actually laughing right now). And they failed to collect the stuff again. Now I have three THAT boxes containing three swimming suits in the same wrong size sitting at home. I’ve been emailing like a madwoman but it’s leading to nowhere. I’ve been calling too but their line keeps on breaking and the people I spoke to seem absolutely uninspired.
I’m now considering opening my own swimming suit store with all the stock I have.
It’s ridiculous and I will never buy from THAT Concept Store again. It’s a shame because they have amazing brands.

Parper shop, moshi restaurant is also available where you can enjoy some snacks while you are shopping.....
It's not for everyday shopping style nor for normal shopping list..but still Interesting to visit and check what they have to offer

Insanely overpriced and horribly designed store. Space is used inefficiently, products are whacky and impractical, and regular bare tshirts cost a kidney for no reason.
Great for photos though, hence the second star.

Such indifference speaks volumes on the way the store looks at their customers and we’ll surely take our business elsewhere.

When i went home I realized they removed the tag!!! Why would you do that i dont understand i dont recommended dealing with the store at all!
UPDATE called their customer service and filed a complain, the floor manager called me and promised they will get back to me 10 days after they didnt get back to me at all
I dont recommend this store at all
