After I purcahsed S22 Altra the took from me the price of original charger 200 AED (as an ofer haha) and after I paid
They told oh we dont have charger we will call you later once it is available.
Even I came later three times to the shop. All the times they said we dont have we will call you. It is from 4 months ago.

So after 15 days i called, someone called Nancy said that i will send an Email and will update you.
She did not reply back so after 24 days since I dropped them, I visited the store and no manager was there, so I dealt with the salesperson, he gave me the manager phone number called Mansoor his employee number is 24037.
Called him he answered just said hello and closed, I called the following day three times on his personal number and no answer, called also three times on the store landline number also no answer.
So I went there the same day and he was not there, spoke with the same salesperson and he called Mansoor, so he handled me the phone to speak with him and he promised me the following day he will call and he will follow the case, since I do not know anything about my earphones if they are lost or fixed or finished. The following day he called saying that he will send an Email to the warehouse and will call me back the same day to update me, and of course again no one answered.
So I just visited the store and I have been here for 25 minutes and they are still waiting for the response.
So, through my experience the customer service department and staff are just careless about how they treat their clients, no reports, no calling back, not even sending an Email saying that there has been delays or anything.

What makes this store unique is their wide range of electronic items they display and staff knowledgeable about their products and can offer great comparisons and recommendations.
Meet Paul who is extremely helpful with the customers and keeps extensive knowledge about most items in the store.
Staff a very good and the checking out was quick.
My first preferred stop for my electronic purchases. I would only wish they had more space to display more merchandize and brands for customer's choice.
