I’m having beef mushroom and wanton super delicious,the Filipina lady is so polite when she assisted me. Even if I can see she so busy she manage to be fast and calmly serving everything.I’m not feeling well so atleast I feel better now. Thank you for this delicious soup.????

Staff are not accommodating( Rabin and One Filipino guy without name tag ) they dont even smile with customers if you ask something they cant explain you in a proper way. Better give them training . Halo halo is not the same taste before lack of ingredients .

We had our breakfast here, and was surprised that they were offering breakfast meals. So my wife had the Beef Tapa and I had a Lauriat, and it was good. But the amount of serving was a little bit less than other Chowking restaurants here in Dubai and Sharjah. Coffee was good as well but the amount of it was just half of the cup, which is somehow disappointing. Another disappointing fact is that most of the items in the menu were not available.

Its my 2nd time now that I was disappointed, the chicken is so salty and have fishy taste and smell. Please return back the original ingredients.

Chicken smells bad and tastes like it's been frozen for how many months, this is not good for the company, every fast food restaurant should follow the "FIFO" First In, First Out.

Very rude phillipino food server lady continuously pressing the bell aggressively like she is mad on someone when we are giving order to the cashier man. Plz inform her not to do aggressive like this in front of customers again.

I ordered through a third company app online. I received my food on time but i have some complain with how it was cooked. Called the customer service for complain and they forwarded my complain to DCC branch and DCC team called me.
For the food quality, im sorry to say this but if I am to rate from 1-5, maximum i could give is 2. The siomai that i received is not even hot, and the pancit as you can see in below photo was not even cooked properly as a pancit. I also had a fresh lumpia which i like and a siopao that i ordered on behalf of my college (fortunately, i did not receive a complain for that).
But, still i will give an extra star for the good management. They coordinated with Rigga branch and replace my food and they did replace it in a timely manner and giving me a fresh order.
Note: i am not giving the star because of the fresh order, I am giving it because of the good management, good communication of the 2 teams, and of course good costumer service that i received.
