Worst customer service, Gurpeet shop manager never answers or comes on phone, have been calling for 2 weeks. Brought a TV from this place, had a complaint of screen damage, e city does not have any service center number nor after sales service. Please spend little more money and better buy from Sharaf DG who has dedicated service centre and customer care. NOT RECOMMENDED STORE.

Bought a screen guard & screen protector i was told that warranty valid for bubbles if appear, after 1 month a bubble appeared and they refuse to replace. better avoid this shop, staff dont have any idea what their selling.

Worst sales agents right at the entrance. Some ignore customers right on your face in the store. They refuse to entertain any of your query about available products. Unless they have some divine vision of only customers who will definitely buy thier products. Surprised with this attitude at the selling point when competition is right around the corner. No offers available even during sale period. Rather go to Carrefour right above at level 1 for better service, prices and good offers.

I've recently purchased tablet at this Ecity branch (DCC) and encountered technical error on the unit, I have immediately informed the branch manager (Mr. Mayur) about this issue and taken his swift action replacing the same with brand new unit within 2 days without any hassle.

I've really appreciate this effort and thanking the entire team of Ecity.

Highly recommend store services.

E city Deira City Center has helped me a lot after purchasing an i phone 12 pro.
The were very patient and kind enough to take the time to transfer all the datas from my old phone to the new one.
They are extremely professional and attentive.
They know their products very well and will provide you with all the infos needed.
