Food is definitely good, feels freshly made but the portions are small and took a long time to get ready and they don’t give you a buzzer so we had to keep going there till get our foods….

Ordered the chicken BBQ Lauriat and it was terrible. Chicken was hard and dry and the flavour was just sugar. It was cold even though I collected my tray as soon as the food came out of the kitchen. I should've been suspicious when the food came out so fast. Another order was sitting on the counter and a fly sat on it. When I told the cashier she seemed unbothered. The only good thing about here is the price, but you can get similar priced food elsewhere in the food court that's much better! Would not recommend.

honesty, the worst chinese food i’ve ever tried in my entire life, and trust me, i’ve tried quite a lot. my order consisted of hakka noodles, chicken wonton soup, choupsey. everything was extremely bland. noodles tasted like rubber, no sauce. fried veggies had this weird texture flavor and sauce that literally tasted like cornstarch mixed with water. chicken wonton soup is nothing but tap water with a sprinkle of salt, wontons taste like plastic. honestly, i wasn’t expecting any gourmet restaurant level food, but this simply just wasn’t edible

Ordered Chicken BBQ Lauriat, when delivered it was cold where my location is just 5 mins drive from dubal mall. Day by day quality is going down because even I was in the other branch it’s the same taste. BBQ is not grilled properly & canton noodles were dry. Atleast show some love when you are cooking. Packaging is poor with plastic bag wrapped on it. Anyhow, never order again!

I had the worst and disgusting experience with them last friday 16-Sept 2022 when I ordered Chicken lauriat take away through talabat at lunchbreak. I received it in a plastic bag sealed from the delivery guy. But when I started my meal what I thought of a black spice was a cockcroach mixed in the rice. The worst part is I already ate half of it when I found it and I might have eaten half of the roach as its body was cut in half already. Disgusted that I lost the appetite throughout the day , the feeling of vomiting is always there and traumatized when I eat somehing I might find something in the food. That same time i whatsapp the store and amazingly all they can say is to refund the food cost, wow so much for a customer service in a reputable mall. Dismayed I filed my case with DM food safety and yet to receive feedback on how they take action on it. Hence, I appeal to the mall management and the public that this case must be taken seriously. This should not be happening at all to any one may it be to Uae nationals or to expats. I have photo as proof for your reference.

Poor costumer service. Taking a long time to wait for the order, they give incomplete order and wrong order as well. They don’t have focus on their work as they keep on chatting with each other.

Cashier not smiling, not energetic. Supervisor(filipino) and manager(not rmember) on duty the time i visit with my friend no hospitality at all. Yes your in fudcourt but apply good hospitality service. Visited last saturday.. So dissapointed!????
