I bought 2 suits from Italy and I travelled to Dubai, when I come to Dubai mall shop the host boy is so helpful and he took the suits to do minor altering when I went to took it back the Russian Lady always wearing pink suit having big lips don’t want to even give the suits in shoppers
And she’s so rude she said I don’t purchase it from here that’s why she don’t want to give me shopper even.

What kind of customer service they have don’t know?

What a nice experience of shopping at Dubai Mall branch, specially Ms Dora has been very helpful there! So in love with my pair of leather shoes! Coming to buy again soon!

Had such a wonderful shopping experience. The staff have been extremely friendly and helping me decide on the selection and fit for the boots. The quality and comfort is superb and will be shopping there once again????

My favourite brand. Love the men's accessories. The wallets and bags are just amazing. Great quality. Their new collection keeps getting better. Great customer service. Love everything here. Value for money.

This is a different type of garments shop where only some people who like such type will be willing to buy. The material and design of most of the products are super.

Highly recommended for those who love the untraditional type of garments.
