Such a cute cafe! It’s a shame our food came to our table cold and no one bothered to come check on us or ask how our food was while we paid our bill. For being the only table in the cafe we definitely expected better service and higher quality food.. will not be returning.

I have visited their other branch in Mirdiff, and I must say Mirdiff is way much better in terms of ambience and quality of food.

This outlet was crowded and had loud music playing, which I don’t expect for a relaxed Sunday afternoon brunch.

Hygiene needs to improve its very disappointing.
Cutlery was very dirty we had to wipe it first with serviettes before using.
Plates were very dirty with stains clearly from a previous dish served in it. Its like they just wiped it without washing and then served the food. Imagine ordering pancakes and there is dirt from fried egg oil on your plate ????????u200d♀️ Even under the plates it was dirty ????.
And also the food looked like it was just thrown on the plate it was bizzare ????????????????. Unfortunately i cant upload everything because i took videos instead of pics.
Waiters were very friendly and helpful though.

Today I had the worst experience. Was craving circle cafe as it was somewhere I usually go to and I was discriminated against. While I sat down and was waiting for someone to take my order. No one attended to me. However a couple came in and was attended to in less than 2 min and was served their meals while I was still waiting for someone to attend to me, a man walked in and didn’t even stand for a minute and someone (manager) came running towards him to ask him what he wanted. Mind you the place wasn’t full (so the excuse wouldn’t be they were “busy). This experience got me to tears cause I’ve never had such in Dubai. Never ever again will I come here. I thought discrimination isn’t practiced in UAE but I guess circle cafe proved me wrong today.

All you can eat option with one coffee/tea is very good option and food is amazing.
Interior is pleasant and staff are friendly and make you feel like home.
Have been to most of their outlets and recommend you to visit.

This is a very cozy and nice place. On top of that, the food is superb, and the service is exceptional. ???????????? We really loved how accommodating they are, we went here for 5 times already. And will always come back! There was one time where we want to have dinner and we didn’t know that they are closing at 8pm. And we arrived at 7:20pm but they still accommodated us with exceptional service and delicious food, KUDOS to Renu and the chef! ❤️❤️❤️

Consistently great food, amazing service and an all you can eat offer you must try!

I would also like to mention, that I have previously tried the Media City Circle Cafe, and i much preferred the Studio city one. The portions are smaller, therefore you have a chance of tasting more dishes, rather than feeling full from only 1.

The service is excellent, they listen and bring your food in a timely manner. The team seems to work in great harmony. ( This was also different in the other circle cafe).

The food is not just "great for the price" it exceeds expectations.

Truly has to be tried, especially as breakfast is a bargain on the weekends.

Azar and his team are very nice. We feel home, we went to brunch with my sister, the food is super yummy, my favorite ones ever are them Elvis waffle! ???? we highly recommend this place ☕️
