They don't care about anyone except for buildings owners and construction sites.
tried to raise many complaints without any result.
No one answers the phones or act on complaints through their website.
NEVER EVER LIVE IN AN AREA THAT BELONGS TO THEM.
just live in any area under Dubai Municipality

The worst authority in UAE.
No respect for rules. contractors start working at 5AM and no matter how many complaints i submit !!!! no result what so ever.
At least Dubai municipality listens to complaints and act on it ! Dubai Development Authority in lenient to contractors and owners and not anybody else.
I have already started with legal actions against the authority and the contractors.
THE WORST EVER
Only someone who doesn't care about constant noise 24/7 can live in a place under their authority
I have submitted a complaint through your website more than 2 weeks ago!
Edit:
I have been contacted by their engineer telling me that the issue has been resolved. It lasted only 3 days and now the construction starts at 5.30 am every single day, including today, which is Saturday

This review is for Eng Hussam Gazi ONLY. He was very knowledgeable and only person who guided me on the phone. I was running pillar to post to get the process correct which unfortunately was not clear to any one. I was just told every time to work online without any clarity to my request. Thanks Mr. Hussam for your support. We need more people in the government who understand process, can explain and pick up phone to assist. Thank you

No rules and no respect for tenants.
Construction sites are working non-stop and no matter how many complaints i raise ... Nothing happens
The worst place to live is a place under their authority

worked on some matters with Ms. Farha, Mr. Ghazi and Mr. Ghalib.

They were absolutely amazing. Very responsible staff. Very friendly and professional. I should say, compared to some years ago, my experience with Dubai Authorities and in this case, with DDA, is constantly getting better and better, putting and makes me proud to be a resident of UAE since 16 years and to call here my home.

Would really love to thank the mentioned officers who were not only helpful but very patient.

I raised complaints against a construction opposite my place and they never investigated. Alhabbai constructing company is working 24/7 without breaks and the tenants of Samana Hills are extremely annoyed. No help I regret staying in Arjan no rules no restrictions on builders

The worst customer care service. Calling them for 2 months to get a refund and till now they have not refunded or given a prompt response when they can pay us back. Whenever we call they inform that they will call us back. But till now not received even a single call.

The number is free in uae, they Help with employees inquiries and business inquiries in internet city free zone .
