Huge office building with plenty of parking spaces. It's free for the first 2 hours, then there will be a charge of AED 20 for every extra hour.
There are a lot of companies in the building, mostly media and advertising companies, but there are several pharma and insurance companies as well.
The surrounding area is nice as it's quiet and only accessible by RTA bus, car or taxi.

Dubai Studio City is a free zone, which now includes some accommodation. It was originally meant to be a production zone with Hollywood sound stages and backlots for various production needs.
There a lot of parking spaces and you can check the Irish village as well for sum menu and fun.

Nice and good sorrounding but hope they built a nice a covered airconditioning bus stop for the commuter specially when summer time. Most of the commuter will drop on studio city and wait for long time for the next coming bus

Overall very good place , but very less options for lunch or dinner especially Pakistani or Arabic restaurants. Also rents are slightly high for the apartments because of limited residential units.

A mixed use community with most major amenities available within a few minutes. Conveniently located F&B outlets.
