the staff are not friendly, and lack of welcoming to the customer
and even if i buy they will not offer a sample, you have to ask,
and if they give you, only 1pc they will give. sample must be give to the customer to try so we can purchase the product next time .
the worst thing is when i reach home and check my bag, they dont give the receipt to the customer. no customer receipt.
Please make sure to give the copy of receipt to the customer.

I received a call from the store 3 days before the appoitment to let me know that all the branches will be closed for the next 2 weeks.
Same in Paris, I was supposed to have an appoitment 3 weeks before and they canceled the day before.
Im so disapointed with Clarins services. It doesnt match with the image of the brand,

I ordered online from the official website in ae and my order was delivered to someone else!!!! I paid by credit!!!!
I'm so disappointed.......
