The environment is fantastic overall.
The counter personnel is helpful.

Not a lot of time is spent conversing by the order.
The packing crew took the number of foods into consideration.
The fried chicken is hot and delicious; I can taste just the right amount of heat from here.

Very poor customer service, I order the meal take away and I ask for soft drink in a can, but the lady said *what do you want we don’t have* no manners at all
And the manager couldn’t say anything either

Very bad quality of Chicken in Christmas Days 2022. Poor staff and stuff. specially Pakistani staff are so rude. Never feel that I am eating from a brand. Indian staff was professional and friendly. Will consider only when it will be last restaurant in universe.

It was the worst chicken breast i ever ate in any branch and on top of that the staff in the counter was rude same as the supervisor on duty from African country ( Kfc mall of Emirates second floor)

KFC 2nd floor MOE don’t deserve even 1 star.
They are racist and making fun of the customer, the worst part was the Filipina manager is with them laughing while talking about other people.

I ordered snack box meal and chicken wasn't fresh at all with no meat in the chicken piece. Bread was not fresh as well. I complain to authorities to check on quality and staff.

Went to the sainsburys here, lots of free parking, other shops near by like B and M, super drug, Costa, Mds, next... A good selection of shops. I usually try to get everything here to avoid the town centre shopping centre which is paid parking. It is possible to walk to the town centre from here through the bridge retail park which is over the road.... just check the parking signs for how long you can stay

Had to buy a New Washing Machine so I bought a Hoover Machine to replace a 6 year old Indesit (not cost effective) to repair, got delivered with 24hrs then the vax hoover blow up so had to call in & buy a replacement. Both occasions received brilliant service.

Fair amount of shops. Wide variety of goods available here from groceries to electronics and home furnishings. A couple of coffee shops for when you've earned yourself a treat

Went to Decathlon on my push bike, car park busy though I didn't need that. The Decathlon staff were all friendly and excellent at providing their services and giving you their knowledge on bikes. They don't just think of it as a job, they build up the customer relationship everytime.

The two that I saw was professional in what they do and can't fault them. I'll see them again in May for a full service :)

Typical retail park with plenty of parking. Lots of stores selling everything from groceries to furniture. Petrol station on site as well. Enough to keep you occupied for the morning. Cafes on site as well!

This place is always busy. I've never been when it isn't! Never seems to be enough carparking but theres a fab rnage of stores and it's a friendly place.
