Very disappointing service.

First they lose my package so I don’t get the items I ordered.

They couldn’t simply send the order out again for some reason so I had to arrange a refund and then place the order again via a phone call.

Next they send the wrong items out which arrive (a month after the initial order) but are no good to me as they weren’t what I ordered.

I now have to pay for them to collect the items that they messed up with and then make my seventh or eighth phone call to them to try and get reimbursed.

Really poor service and not exactly convenient!

I was in the next mall of the Emirates Br. then Mr Dennis assisting me about the different kinds of shirts and he mention about the (AURA) the new loyalty program of alshaya.He is a amazing person to get the advice and very know well about the products.

If I could give this store less than one star, I would.
Upon entering there were at least 5 different sales staff on the shop floor.
As we made our way to the Men’s Suits (which is in the back corner of the store) no one approached us and asked how they could help/ assist us.
My Husband tried on 5 pairs of trousers, no one assisted during this time.
When we selected a pair we proceeded to pay only to be told the trousers were 100 aed more then the ticket price. It then took 3 members of staff an abnormally long length of time to get establish why the trousers were stickered incorrectly. In the end we left, without taking the trousers.
The lack of customer service was appalling. You really should train your staff better.
