Very bad service purchased tea when I got home it wasn’t the one I chose ! When I went to return it the lady there apparently the manage told me they don’t exchange ???? I showed her the receipt where they charged me for my original order but gave me another one 100 AED more expensive ???? when she realized I was correct she try to be nice , eventually got my original order and when I went home the container was missing the plastic top to keep the tea fresh !!!! They don’t know what they doing , also she was rude and think she knows everything not good image for the shop

Am a coffee person and finally i find the best coffee beans selection in this shop really deserve each fils I will be always buying from them plus good customer service and top hygiene

The selection of tea here is great. The employees would offer to make small amounts to try. I came back home with three tins of various teas. We made several pots of the vanilla white tea. My small children have enjoyed having this both mornings and evenings. The tea leaves are whole and brew an excellent tea. I made a third pot with the same leaves letting it steep for 10 minutes. After a night in the refrigerator It made a wonderful light cold tea. I only wish there was a store closer than a 13 hour flight.

Shop was nice and clean. The cashier that assisted me and my family was pretty and very nice. She answered all our questions and was patient.

They have a pretty nice customer service but I am not definitely happy with my matcha powder purchase. I had the ceremonial but it doesn't give justice with the taste at all and the color...

I visit this store every time I come to Dubai. The people working in this place always kindly listen to what I want and help me choose the product I am looking for. Here, even the greatest gourmets will choose tea for themselves

My adult Autistic son's daycare service (Independence Project Ltd) is located here. Allocated spaces to businesses here. NOT a place for general Chelmsford shoppers to park.

Probably the worst car park in Chelmsford.
The spaces are too small for any vehicle larger than a Ford Focus. Next to no room for Manouvering and there is no CCTV coverage It is also very expensive at about £7 a day.
