It took me a long time to plan my trip to Dubai especially when it comes to the accommodation as I am very picky concerning what I choose until I found Exclusive Links! Everything was perfect from A to Z, the apartment was located at a great spot with a walkable distance to the metro station, it was also equipped with everything I need. Shout out to Zabeel Ibrahim who was always there when I needed something, he is very easy to communicate with, very professional and helpful and made my stay in Dubai on fleek! I couldn’t have wished for a better service or a better company to deal with in Dubai, THEY ARE THE BEST!! I will be definitely contacting them for my second trip to Dubai, thank you so much for making my vacation that great! ♥️

"Questionable Integrity or Simply Unfortunate Experiences?"

My experience with this company has left me with doubts about its integrity. Right from the start, when I found a house through this agency, I had concerns about their trustworthiness. After agreeing on a price and just before signing the contract, I was asked to increase it due to a higher offer from someone else, which made me feel pressured and uneasy.

Even after signing the contract, I faced more issues. The agent requested the security deposit in cash to expedite the maintenance process, but unfortunately, the promised maintenance never started or finished on time. As a result, I had to reschedule my shipment delivery, incurring additional costs.

To my surprise, two months after moving in, the same agent contacted me about the owner's intention to sell the house and requested viewing appointments. The agent claimed not to have known about the intention to sell, which raised more questions for me.

Adding to my frustration, the same agent managed to sell the house within a year, leading to another move and additional agent fees and logistics costs.

All these incidents have left me with a lingering question mark regarding the integrity of the agent or if it was simply a series of unfortunate events. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

It’s so refreshing to come across a team like the team at Exclusive Links. From day one of moving in to now the end of my contract after 4 excellent years, every single person has been wonderful and very helpful. In particular Marie, Sarah, Rose, Ali, and Mohammed. Property management at its finest. Other brokers in Dubai would do well learning from this team. ????????????????

This is an excellent property broker. I live overseas, and they had not just simply found a buyer for my property but guided me through the processes of legal transfer of ownership, utilities and other red tapes. Special mention of Mr. Saleh Maktabi, Head of Sales Progression who really deserves a 6 star rating.

I had Michael Haith as agent who assisted throughout the whole process. Very professional, patient and fair. The overall experience was smooth despite having the previous owner living abroad. We are now happily living in Casa Viva.
