Do not order online! Posted unavailable items! They handle you less number of clothes but no refund for missing items. When you call nobody helps. Becos they simply don’t want to return ur money and hope nobody asks it back or remembers. Alshaya is dying for fills of people like that so it’s staff acting as guided. When you visit store they say online shopping is not their business. Then?.. You may go to hell and please rate them from 1 to 5. They will reach u afterlife.

Worst experience with online shopping!!!
I made an order and paid for it from my debit card, and was supposed to revive on 11 th of October.
I reached to Alshaya customer service inquiring about my order’s delivery time and mentioning that it was delayed!
They come back to me few days after saying they’re sorry but we failed to deliver your order and it was cancelled and expect your money to be returned in 7-14 days!!!!
No phone call…
No actual reason for cancellation!!!
Cancelation isn’t even mentioned on the website that it rack my order through.
I have to wait for my money to be returned in two weeks because they’re a failure!!!
Horrible!

I’ve been a customer for so long, long before I moved to Dubai. Love the clothing, hate the customer service. At least two times during my shopping experience there were mistakes on the price tags. I get the items, go to pay for it and the shopping assistant tells me a different price — 2x more expensive. I already complained about this but nothing was done. I mean there are three exact same items on the display for the same price and but this is not customer’s fault if it’s different in the system. Very poor experience.

There is a lady name is Elena, if you have any problems with any of the products, she is ready to help very switched on, caring, smiley. She stands out. It is so nice to see people loving their job and caring for their customers.
