unprofessional staff "Mr Matesh" in Mirdiff city center (continuous debating and always challenging the customer) .

I will leave the judgement to you for the quality of the customized ring (no tag) versus the quality of the ready one (with tag) see the photos

He is claiming that that they are same !!!!!

after long debate, I transfered the deposit and baught something else.

Not recommended shop.
They affected all wedding plans.

Absolutely great experience so far, especially since we were first time buyers. Mr Vivek, Ms. Maha and Mr Ali all were very helpful, patient and made our purchase process very smooth and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

We recently purchase a beautiful diamond ring from Liali and Mr. Mohammed Ali, the store manager had been very helpful throughout the process. He promised to help us get the specific ring we wanted and he made it happen. He was respectful and sincere in helping, I felt that when he was prompt in providing updates and patient in answering our questions. We really appreciate his help as you don't often get that kind of customer service these days. A true gem! Maha, another lady who assisted us is also very pleasant to speak with. Liali has the best people in this branch, we are happy with their service. If you'd like to buy from Liali, go to MOE and look for Mr. Mohammed Ali he's the best and highly recommended!

Maha at MOE is wonderful. She patiently answered all my questions without pressure and gently guided me to a purchase that I am both comfortable with and excited about.

It was so nice experience, from now i will be shop from mall of emirates only, the indian lady help me to exchange my ring and to get the best price for that! even the manager give me some discount on the top
im not recommending dubai mall, was the worst experience specially when they treat you like a tourist and they don’t tell you exactly the price and they will not exchange jut to take more money from you !

Excellent shop... a lot of beautiful choices and very friendly staff. Mr. Alavi was great with us and go over and beyond to answer every question that I have. I highly recommend him.

Went in to purchase 10 bags of compost on the 10 for £30 offer, they only had 8 on the shelf, no worries as it said they had over 200 in stock on the website, so went to ask the lady at the till to get 2 more bags, was told they cannot get to the outside warehouse stock as they have forklift training out there and cannot get to any stock, not great customer service as it states on the website its in stock, the manager stated its not his fault and its the training providers saying he cannot get the stock, its not a customers fault there is training going on. Maybe these training sessions should be planned out of hours. Really poor service

I don't know what to say, they seem to have the shelves stocked up but nobody to ask if you had any questions, it's a matter of hide and seek but the lady at the tills is always happy to help. It shouldn't be like this because she's busy... always busy. Get your act together guys, and No , I am not part of management pretending to give a review, just a customer who knows it's not just a job, it's a team effort. It's nice to know someone else is helping you out when things aren't going too well.

I am very very very disappointed with this store. All the flowers that I bought in the spring do not correspond to what they are offered. I took three roses that have nothing to do with the type of roses I chose! I also took other flowers, which are also different from what is on the box. I will not buy the colour from this store ever!!!

Very good sized homebase with very helpful staff and a good range of products, some of the longer lengths of wood can be a little bananaed but otherwise good for garden and DIY
