Geekay you need to review the prices of your games. Similar games around the IoT is way cheaper, almost half the price you charge.

Fast service, you'll find a majority of your gaming needs inside, friendly staff, you can find some cool figures inside and accessories. Most importantly they have a wide variety of gift cards just as steam, ps, Xbox and so on.

And I love the way they package gift cards

The staff is rude, i am speaking to him and totally ignored me and didn’t respond or even looked at me. Will never buy from you again. Horrible brand

This is the right place if you are looking for gaming stuffs. Especially PS, Game CDs, X Box etc. They have several accessories as well. They also have option to customise any accessories with their printing services. We can print our picture or any picture. The print quality is really good. The staff here will assist you throughout and give you all the information you need. They also run offers most of the time. Overall a very good place.

Horrible experience. Bought a ps5 a few months ago and after having a problem with the analog stick of my controller. Trying to get it replaced while it is still under warranty has been one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer. Constant calls telling me that it's not under warranty and then apologizing a few moments later because apparently they were "mistaken". They even tried to make me pay for a new controller.
Definitely do not recommend this place !

Forces you to buy ‘bundles’ that are claimed to be free. Try to sell a celebrations box with a ‘free’ coaster for 239. Other GEEKAY branches selling for 139 waste of time to go there, visit other branches.

Geekay Games is undoubtedly the best game retailer currently in Dubai. Thanks to their great prices and impeccable customer service, it isn’t hard to see why. I shop from the Mall of Emirates branch often and have always had a positive experience. Their staff member Maria reserved games twice for me — once for my son’s birthday last year, and this month as well. She followed up with me when I couldn’t make it the day I initially promised to and held the game for two whole days. Their prices for physical copies are unmatched; I’ve never seen brand new titles and steelbook editions being offered at such low prices anywhere! They also have some of the more obscure titles in stock that are hard to come by here (especially Japanese ones). The staff will also remind you at checkout if you haven’t utilized any of the offers, coupons or draw sign-ups which I greatly appreciate.

Shocking customer service, lied too by the sales rep, advised that my item could be repaired, advised on a number of occasions still under despair, finally advised they were unable to find a spare part when I offered to search for the part was advised maybe we cannot fix it even if they locate the part. I wasted 19 days. Previously purchased gaming chairs, Thrustmaster combos, games and PS gaming device. Will never spend a penny again. Similar prices in other well known stores that are way more helpful.
