One of the many costa coffee shops in UAE. The place is always busy and the team is understaffed and they are always busy and struggle to process the orders . The seating are good and there is a small parking space . I hope Costa will put enough team during weekend . The coffee was good as usual.

Not a fan of sweet drinks, I politely asked/inquired of any drinks they have that is not too sweet. Their barista, Jeremy, was very kind enough to accommodate my request and he was very patient and friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable in explaining to me my options. I ended up ordering double chocolate cookie mocha ice blend which tasted like absolute heaven without any extra sweetness. I enjoyed it so much that I couldn't let go of it easily and just kept sipping.

A good coffee plus amazing staff is all you need to enjoy a night cap after a day's work. 5 stars for Costa Jumeirah 1 and for Jeremy. Good job! ????

This is my go to place to work during the day. It’s a small location so I suggest come early. Wifi is great. And there is parking at the back. The costa selection and menus are standard..

We ordered an iced Spanish latte and an iced caramel macchiato. They came very bitter but the barista was happy to help fix them (by adding sweetener) and they were alright! I think the type of beans weren’t the best quality which caused the coffee to not taste how we hoped but you can give it a try and see for yourself!

Let us start with the positives. It is quite, Costa serves good coffee, amole supply of power outlets, and plenty of parking space.

The bad, is how smelly the place is (feels like it's gonna stick on you until you shower) kinda smell), and it is hot.
