Poor service experience... when you buy the phone they charge extra money for lifetime warranty... which is later termed invalid... tried a screen replacement and the cost was even higher than what apple would charge...

Mary was extremely helpful and helped me with all of my questions very patiently. She assisted with all aspects of my new phone and the data transfer etc...I could also see during the time i was here that many customers came and looked for her and knew her from previous experiences. I will definitely come back to this outlet again.

i would never recommend shopping from the scammers . my friend ordered product with them for 65000 + aed . and they forced him not to take VAT invoice so that it can be billed from uk . and they cheated my friend against microsoft surface pro . first they ask 1 week for delivery and he waited for almost 2 months . and he asked them to upgraded his order from surface pro to macbook pro . and their behaviour and service everything changes . never shop from the scammer they will conn you and push you to go for it . and will take your money . they have cheated my friend for 10000 AED . and he already ordered product worth 60k aed from them and was giving them order for 40k aed more . never beleive them and never refer ur friends or buy anything from them . they are rude , arrogant and will take money from you . worst service ever experienced
