The worst worst worst customer service
I have been waiting since more than 7 days they deduct money from my wallet and i did not receive my order and then i asked them from their chat customer sevice the answer is same "is it in investigation"
Now the money will be return (not sure) in my wallet againg i have to purchase their product because i can only purchase their product or it will get expire
And belive me i am not sure they will return or not the worst customer service the worst staff the worst managment

I am so upset my new year went bad I feel the staff do not have product knowledge. Offering and confirming price after he says it was 800+ and now 350 but after removing the tag and making the payment its 600dhs. even the shoes is not the one i like which is Nike with zipper. i am not sure why the staff not contacting even other branches for availability. honestly i was so tired from work and picked shoes like that i am really not happy see the white shoes got dirt. the other shop also same proving wrong prices for gloves then she said misunderstanding what is going on here?

Went to buy Nike shorts - priced at AED149.00 on the tag on the shorts. At the counter was told they were AED179.00. Would not sell at offered price. This is false advertising and the shop should sell at advertised pricing!

A deliver and collect here for tuffnells parcel express there the best in the bussiness and always cheerfull helpfull no matter what there trained to the max in everydepartment always enjoying meeting the team at Farid the only thing rubbish about this company is the rubbish that goes in the back of the bin lorry's top notch guys yous keep doing yer bit to help keep the world clean give them a call you'll no what a mean ????
