The rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff in this branch doesn't even deserve one star. (Especially Jim/Jem/Jeff whatever his name was). I wouldn't even think to shop there, but if you absolutely have to, my advice: take what you need and leave (if they have stock, that is. Apparently everything is "last piece") because if you're shopping around for more than 5 minutes, they start to get nasty. Clearly, customer service isn't for everyone. I'm utterly disgusted.

Google says the branch closes at 11pm but, reached at 10:25 and the branch was already shut.
