Very helpful and friendly Filipina staff at Burjuman Mall. She assisted us and informed us about the products and suggested the ones that are really good according to our skin type. I will definitely go back and purchase some other time.

Today I visited Burjuman mall face shop and there was this staff by the name Belen with a very bad attitude. I asked her for assistance and if they have any offer, when I rejected to take offer, her attitude suddenly changed as if I was asking for free. I only bought Aloe vera gel . Faceshop's products are really good.
I was never disappointed by the staff before this incident.

Bad customer service, i don't remember her name but the sales rep is unapproachable and doesn't even know how to smile! I love the product of The Face Shop but i just don't like my experienced with that lady. Hope you can read this. Smile all the time girl and be kind!!! You even gave me 50 aed change but it's like i can't use that money in any grocery store ????????

THE STORE MANAGER NAMED MS ERINA OR ERICA DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT HER REGULAR CLIENTS. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I bought a nail polish from their store in Burjuman centre. The color I tested and bought at store when I got home looked different in the white light. I didn't open the product with the plastic flap intact took it to the store the very next day to be exchanged. The philipino staff at the store told me they cannot exchange the product even If it is unopened due to Dubai muncipality rules. This doesn't make sense because I have exchanged cosmetics at stores like Sephora ( much better than face shop) when the product is unopened and unused. Even the muncipality rule is applied for used products only for health issues. I am a regular buyer of face shop products from past 4 years ( eyebrow pencil, lotus gel and their stick lipsticks) but now I will review my other options but not buy from them if they cannot even exchange an unused product just a day after purchase.

It does have your generic playground assets. Swings, monkey bars, etc. Though I would say that it's a bit run down. I recommend never using it (more specifically the swings) when it's rainy as the rust from the bars may get on your hands.
