I visited yesterday night i.e 20th march 2023 .. person at sales/reception desk was very rude and arrogant. He used abusive language when we asked is thr any discount on the product we need. We called thr Deira branch they replied Sir thr is no way to complaint. Then we visited burjuman information desk. Infodesk guy was very nice he asked us to fill feedback form. Lets see if we get proper response/action. I only want that none of other customers should face this issue. Attached is the photo of guy from far as we got scared reaching near to him.

Worst service they sold a product with bovine gelatin stating it’s plant based .though we insisted we r pure veg And when we went there to complain the sales guy was laughing at us .

Worst customer service ever i faced , the staff sometimes they are forgetting they are working for good health instead of life pharmacy
