Staff is not good
They didnt replace my shoe

There is one guy devesh he has no any manners how to talk with customer.

Still i want to change my shoe if possible

Very bad customer service. Arrogance and very aggressive in terms of dealing with clients. I will never go to your Burjuman store again on 18th October of of your male Indian staff was very rude when I asked for Esaad discount. He could have deal it with empathy. But very arrogant and rude behavior with customer. I will not visit again.

Very rude staff,especially the filipina lady. She will look at you only from head to toe. Veru bad attitude need to siminar and teach a proper way to approach guest. Zero star

Hi, I bought shoes from burjuman outlet then in a week my shoes was damage then 18/December I give my for repairing the staff said in week it will be come the till today my shoe is not come i went 3 times asking about my shoes they giving me nice stories about the shoes I’m very disappointed this kind of customer service I never ever choose for next time come to shoe express
