I recently visited Dantel Flower Shop in Dubai Festival Mall and was blown away by the beautiful selection of flowers and the exceptional customer service. The shop was filled with a wide variety of fresh, colorful blooms and the arrangements were absolutely stunning.

The florist working there, BILLY was knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to listen to my preferences and help me choose the perfect bouquet for my needs. He even offered some creative suggestions for pairing different types of flowers and colors together for a truly unique look.

Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but the prices were reasonable too. I appreciated that they had a range of options to fit any budget, and even had some great deals on seasonal arrangements.

When I brought the bouquet home, I was impressed with how long it lasted - the flowers remained fresh and vibrant for over a week! I also received several compliments on the arrangement from friends and family who saw it.

I bought a bouquet of roses. Before they gave me a price, when I went to pay they increased the price. When I asked for the reason why of this increase, they make the bill and increased it again!!!
I highly recommended NOT to visit this flowers shop.

My wife went to buy flower from that store she was negotiating price of flower bouquet and the lady inside the store waved to my wife like she is not welcomed inside the store as she was kicking her out. imagine you go to buy flower and you ask for discount and staff will point at the store door like get out!! That’s was so rude I didn’t even see anyone here in Dubai does that.

Never ever go and buy from that store.

I visited this store in December to buy a farewell gift for a colleague. The lady who assisted me was personable and took great attention to detail in preparing the plant I chose. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for a thoughtful gift.
