Day to Day Shop Al Barsha1

I recently had an unfortunate experience with one of the customer service representatives .When I approached the staff for an exchange, the customer service guy behaved very rudely and aggressively and he himself mentioned he is the owner and “you do whatever you want “PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE “

The incident occurred on today 8:30 pm during my visit to the store. I explained the reason for the exchange politely, but instead of offering assistance, the staff member responded with a hostile and dismissive attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

As a loyal customer, I believe that respectful and courteous behavior should be a priority for any business. It's essential to treat customers with empathy and professionalism, even in challenging situations like product exchanges.

I hope this review serves as feedback for the store management to address the issue promptly. I still value the products offered at Day to Day Shop, but I expect better treatment from their customer service representatives in the future.

4 floors of variety of goods. This is the biggest I have been to so far. Prices of goods are competitive.
My favorite items when it comes to clothing from here remains, shoes, nighties, jeans and jackets.
We had a tough time finding a taxi back to our hotel, maybe if we had stood on the right side of the road.

Amazing place to buy everything at one place for cheap. Excellent collection of electronic accessories and shoes. Although they could really use better staff and some trial rooms for clothes.

I personally like the price, quality and verity of this day to day. Sometimes I come her by train but most of the time I walk here of 45 minutes approximately and do shopping from here. Cheap price and good quality are better than a top 10 mall with the quality and high pricing, as per my point of view.

I prefer to buy, use and throw and then buy new again easily.
