I went to police to report a complaint about a travel agency company in the names of SPEED EXPRESS TOURS AND TRAVEL LLC which i paid my money worth 1300 AED to process visa for two months and didn’t receive my visa since 26th june but police directed me to report to DED do you dealwith such cases if i come to your offic

I complained 28 days ago and i just had 1 call from the inspector asking me exactly whats the complaints about and thats it, without solving it for almost a month and the case is still open + i have a follow up request but no change its just wasting your calling and not getting a solution.
I give DED 1/10 for that service.

I have case from 4th of June and until today no one called or try to bother to know what happen, i called many times and complained that NO one is following up with me but unfortunately no body is there!! After all my complains I received email with the assigned person for my case but unfortunately he is still didn’t call me since 3 days!!! I called the number mentioned on the email of the assigned person but i think he is still in deferent planet!!!

I went to get a trade license renewed at this DED Centre and there was a long queue. But the supervisor in charge was very generous enough to assist me on priority even when he was busy with other customers. He took the initiative to get my work done without any hassles. I'm very thankful for their prompt and efficient customer service. Certainly will visit them for all my future requirements.

Very unprofessional staff on reception I will call last Thursday to make prescriptions what not been done till yesterday ( some man on reception take my detail on desk was said back after 2 pm today .What’s happening of course another receptionist not got ready asking about speak someone who been on duty give just surname Calderon this is not care about patients who not take medication 3rd day for foult reception I definitely put complaint about this gp for NHS People please do not going on worst gp if you don’t want got same trouble .

No joy from this practice ever !!!!! , re: anything you need.
Cant even get an answer when you phone.
I had one answered call in 3 weeks.
But was just told to call later.
Even though I finally had a real person on the phone.
I can add more info if anyone cares.

Activity try to join a different practice that cares at least a little.

I miss my doctor Rafter ???? she was the best doctor and person she retired. She never judged me. She understood me so well. I have still health issues but there is no other doctor like her . My experience was good till July 2021. Receptionist are good and polite but I dont know about Doctors. God bless them x

Being told I can’t see a doctor because they are not in, and when asked to see another they say their policy is not to do this for issues you have previously had.

Absolutely rubbish and will be changing asap, this surgery is ran like a circus. It never opens on time and the the older receptionist is vile! So rude and asks way too many questions, to the point where I’m sure she’s doing it to be nosey.

And when I eventually get an appointment in the surgery, you can hear the very unprofessional receptionist talk about patients in a rather poor way!!!!

WOULD GIVE -5 stars if I could

If you have Mental Health issue ***DO NOT*** go to this surgery as they completely ignore you and actually make your situation worse! Since joining here less than a year ago I have had nothing but problems! The practice manager couldn't care less how his staff behaves and never responds when he's meant too. He hears you but doesn't listen and ushers you out the door as quickly as possible. The GP's are utterly appalling and change over so there's no consistency and therefore no way for them to actually get to know their patients. These GP's are responsible for sending reports on your behalf yet they don't look back on your records/notes, ignore other agency reports and judge you on physical mobility only? GP's who don't remember you when you attend their office twice within a week! What chance have you got? Reception staff are nice and always pleasant...Just a shame the management, admin and GP team aren't the same.
I will be filing a complaint and know that I won't get a satisfactory answer as I haven't thus far, so will take as far as it needs to go this time as they should not be getting away with this kind of treatment! I will be going to a different surgery as I have NO TRUST OR FAITH in this place and wish I had never joined. INCOMPETENCE AT IT'S BEST!

May I say to the reviewers who have made comments about the Professionalism of the Manager and G.P.s in this Practice including the very able and professional reception staff. This has never been evidenced nor seen by me in the 20+ Years I have been with this Practice. I write this not just with my own personal opinion, but with many others who have been patients at this practice for a very long time.

In terms of Physical Health, Mental Health, Treatment, Referral whenever necessary , this practice has been outstanding and to my mind, an inspiration to other Practices/NHS Departments.

Unqualified, Non evidenced ( not just based on one or two appointments), generalised, sweeping statements from individuals who ought to have a better understanding of the ever growing pressures placed upon our entire NHS Staff. From Reception to Consultation. How can any of us possibly give a fair critique of a well established, well managed, professionally staffed practice.

I wonder if any of those who choose to criticize the Practice, have even an iota of knowledge about the expertise and specialism of Every GP in this Practice. This obviously includes Nursing and Auxiliary Staff. Had you a fleeting glance behind the scenes or choose not to, you would see an extremely Hard working, Caring, professional group of individuals within a Team dedicated to care and welfare of all in their care.

I could continue, but I am afraid that some may have given up reading due to their cognitive issues. These can be treated, if your are patient and do not expect the Panacea for all your Health issues.

Great service from all staff ..the Receptionist are welcoming ,polite and show genuine care and interest in patients as for The Doctors I have full confidence in all Doctors ,Nurses , Admin Staff they go the extra mile for Patients when and if needed because they really Care for their Patients and I am very lucky to be one ..God Bless them and keep the strong as we need them
