The worst delivery experience I`ve ever had.
I haven’t received my order due to me having an international number. I was asked to go outside and meet the driver which I immediately did and I saw the driver riding around in circles. He didn’t stop by the entrance and then after a couple of minutes, he just left. As I was told he tried to contact me but couldn’t reach my number because I have an international one. That’s the worst delivery experience I've ever had so far, no other app disappointed me that much like Deliveroo. I didn’t know it’s THAT IMPORTANT to have a local number just to order a food from your app. Their driver didn’t even tried to stop at the door. I hope he had a great time with my 40 euros delivery because I had quite the opposite.

The condition my food was delivered in and the call canter refused to refund me. I will be contacting the main branch in uk and i will be contacting the proper channels in uae to put an end to this nightmare of a service and horrible customer care- also the food smelled really bad !

Please teach your drivers how to use a litter bin and not to pollute the environment. There is a bin right outside and yet I have seen them drop there litter straight on the floor. It is also your responsibility as a business’s to ensure you clean up after your staff address the issue.

I will be reporting this to the municipality as I am aware you have been fined in the past for the same thing.

Clearly you have not learnt from your mistakes. It is a shame that in 2022 people and large businesses still do not have any care for the environment.

It’s either late or incomplete order

Several times I received the pizza while it was opened by someone else and eaten. This time it is just a comment. The second time I will make a problem for the driver and will not pay the bill, and I will raise the issue to Consumer Protection and Dubai Municipality
