Worst dining experience with poor customer service. The restaurant staff are not responsive at all.

The food is not all good. When I specifically asked less oil, they bought the curry with too much oil and they are not at all willing to change it.

At the end, even in the bill they have added items for which we didn't order. If I hadn't seen the bill properly, I would have paid extra.

Overall, it's the worst restaurant I have been in Dubai. I don't recommend anyone to go here

Best chicken cheese seekh kebab in town.
Overall good experience.
Some of the food items are not available as mentioned in the menu.
Great to go for desi foods like biryani, korma, karahi, tandoori roti and naan.
Chef supervisor really struggling to enhance the experience of customers.

Unfortunately this place is always really dirty outside. They do not clean up the litter of the customers. Poor levels of hygiene and little regard to the environment or residents living in the building.

Ordered from spicy while in Dubai.
Ordered:
Vegetable Biryani (6/10) Rice were not cooked properly and was very spicy.
Channa Masala: (8/10) channa masala was good.
Also the restaurant didn’t sent any spoons with the meal and we ended up eating with hands.

Hey Everyone,

So today we were invited to this cute indian/pakistani joint near the bay square in business bay!

This restaurant is quite spacious inside and outside, it has a huge kitchen which is covered with glass and that allows diners watch everything that's happening in the kitchen. Kinda very cool yeah!

They have variety of food inspired from indian, Pakistani and Chinese cuisine. On top of that they have good vegetarian options as well so here's what we had orange juice, watermelon juice, their signature vegetarian biryani, Achari daal, Vegetarian Handi, garlic naan, chilli naan, roghni naan. Their food was really aromatic and we couldn't wait to start. Food here is very delicious and quite affordable. Many people working in Business bay area must give this restaurant a try and also consider ordering lunch from here.

It is the worst experience a person could have.
1. Worst service the waiter stood in the counter far away to take the order.
2. Half of the menu was not available.
3. We ordered chicken biryani but it was rubber biryani and somehow the even removed the taste from chicken.

I recommend there bbq platter. Affordable price with dasi taste. They must fix there hygiene, restaurant always has issue with handwash area, always wet and dirty. I did informed them couple of times, I hope this review will be considered.

We tried Chapli Kebab, Kadai Mutton and Roti. The quality is average. The chapli was very dry and hard. The service is good but overall a let down place in terms of quality.

Absolutely hopeless practice. We are stuck on a circle where CMC say we should take my MIL to A&E, they will not give her an appointment to see a doctor, but we need a referral from the doctor to get proper help. This practice is Teflon, avoid it. It's run by the receptionist, the doctors are absent.

I had bad experience with thig practice centre. Iam waiting to get the appointment more that a week to see my 5yr old daughter. Whenever I call them they keep saying they will call me back later. But I didn't get any call from them. I eagerly waiting nearly 20 minutes for each time and keep saying same answer or call them next day. Do they think we are sitting at home without any job. I have no issue with doctor. Only this reception team. One of the worst medical practice I ever had in my life.

Receptionist Dawn very rude and condescending, she first took all my details to book me for appointment, then she asked me the reason for a GP appointment, after she choose not to give me the appointment based on my needs. This is discrimination against human rights.
NHS have zero tolerance against abuse towards staff ,what about patients ?

My daughter was recently ill, and having explained to reception that I needed the doctor to call, after some sorting, within half hour he called , and within an hour she was seen. Can't fault this service at all. Dr Param was brilliant with my daughter, she's now back to her normal self. Thankyou. 5*

So after nearly 2 years of being registered with this practice I finally had a face to face appointment what a waste of time I was in there precisely 2 mins no formal examination I've suffered with my legs for years but apparently there is no record of anything my left leg is swollen with pain they never even looked at it just the same old " I'll send you for an xray " absolutely disgusted with the treatment I will be leaving this practice ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Had to book a Blood test at Doctors request so collected my sticker with the details for the blood test, when I got to Ladies Walk clinic the girl doing my bloods asked my name and date of birth.
She then told me that this wasn't my details, I had been given another person's details. I was not too pleased and surely this comes into data protection with knowing NHS number along with date of birth and address.

The worst GP I have ever being dealing with. Staff are dismissive over tge phone that if you get a chance of talking to them. Secondly it seems that there's never available appointments. You stand more chance to meet the King then see the doctor atthis practice. All they are good at is argue with you over the phone they should have turn their business into "debate service". Not even talking how they made my daughter medication a chaos i had to ring multiple time to sort it out for months. I don't know why they still operating they should be investigated and see if the tax payers money is spent properly.
