Unfortunately, my experience on the dhow cruise was highly disappointing. The hygiene standards on board were below par, with unclean washrooms and dirty seating areas. The staff members were ill-mannered and rude, and it seemed like they were not interested in providing a good service. The food quality was poor, and some dishes were undercooked, while others were stale. The overall atmosphere on the cruise was unpleasant, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.

Worst experience ever. The trip was the most dreadful climb I have ever embarked upon. Not only was there no welcome drink provided, but the food was also stale and extremely cold. Furthermore, to add to the dismay, there were cockroaches crawling on the deck. I deeply regretted stepping foot on this ship.

Worst ever experience from the whole team..last minute backout, baseless arguments and literal theft from customers..the manager is never true to her word and the team so disappointing!!! Last minute demands and backing out just before the party arranged for birthday left us helpless. We were clueless..refrain from booking with them unless you want to have some maze game..terrible!!!!!

Very poor experience. Manager goes away from their words and blackmailing at last minute to increase the price otherwise demanding to cancel the group booking for party at last minute. Looks like this is their usual trick to catch customer and increase the price at last minute.

Very very bad service.. we have paid 275aed for 5 pax and they asked me us to sit in lower board.. they didn’t inform us about going upper board while booking.. and we felt like travelling In a train and having lunch.. later we requested for upper board and they asked us to pay 125aed more.. they could have inform us before.. 55 aed per person is not worth.. we don’t recommend this..

It was really good experience. Good manager and staff. Food taste was good also. They were overall cooperative and friendly.
