Fantastic experience.

To begin with I would like to mention Ibrahim, who was very kind throughout the trip.

Date of visit 23 March 2022. We were a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children.

The boat is amazing, service and food is exemplary. Let me accept that we were not keeping high hopes on the service and food having experienced many dhow dinner journeys before. But this one stands out.

They had excellent management on the cruise and every staff on board kept that smile on the face even for the customer who were rude to them.

The boat was huge, really big. The seating was sufficiently sized for individuals. We were seated on the top and the experience was marvelous.

Food - They had mix of veg and non veg. The quantity was sufficient. The best part is that they had cooking facility on the boat itself so the food was warm by the time we got to the buffet counter. They controlled the crowd very well, by allowing a table at a time. In other trips I have encountered people fighting for the food, didn't see that here. Also, no wastage of food as the staff ensured people are civilized.

Special mention to our Gujrati visitors who entertained us with a family group dance, my kids and us enjoyed it.

I strongly suggest using their service. You wont regret.

Once again a mention to Ibrahim. Thanks buddy, we enjoyed the trip.

Worst Cruising Experience Ever
1- The Owner the cruise was in the cruising he was drunk and having shisha in cruise
2- they charge us 120 AED and at the end they told us we are not operating it like KIDNAP
3- we wait for 10 min then we got money back
4-9 pm we went to next cruise counter and they Have given entry to us the cruise DASTAKU next to you was best best service
5-The girl who have taken us into cruise she was showing attitude and shouting

One of the worst travels. Specially When dinner time came they made us wait for a very long time. There were lots of kids and old people in the dhow and they showed no consideration. Especially the manager person who was handling the tickets literally showed no behaviour and was always shouting.
Its never worth it to use this tour

Worst experience
Horrible service from the team
The food buffet zero quality food & no food for some of the customers too ( kabab guy don’t want to put the kababs in our plates maybe that the rule)
Biriyani rice(no chicken or mutton pieces in it only rice) and dal curry that’s the combination ????
Never recommended this one ☝????

They videoke and restaurant in floating water. Cruising with good music and dancing entertainers are really plus factors. Filipino menu is on the plate which is good.

I attended a museum talk here and was impressed by the high standard of maintenance and cleanliness, the people who worship here clearly have high standards and values. Nearby fairly priced car park.
