Desi Junction which is located in Karama is a place where nostalgia is served on a platter, entertained by the culture and charm of the most iconic ways of cooking inspired by some of the greatest cities in India.

Desi Junction’s menu is inspired from various regions of India - showcasing each region's unique ingredients, spices and flavours with a little twist. Desi Junction is Indian to the core, the epitome of true desi culinary tradition.
They believe that when it comes to food no gimmicks are required – flavours, aromas and spices win the hearts of the diners. I agree with them????

During my visit, I totally experienced whatever is mentioned above. A place where you get full of flavors on their dishes at an affordable price. Quantity they serve is just enough for a person and by it we definitely get satisfied fully.

Staff are so kind and Mr. Sujith took good care of us from beginning till end.

Food I ordered:

Kheema Bun Cheese is an excellent dish, tasted so good. Kheema and cheese was a good combo which added more flavor. Pls don’t miss

Szechwan Hakka Noodles was tangy, tasty and spicy. Those who prefer spicy food, this is the best option. Chicken pieces was juicy and well coated with sauce.

Chili Chicken is another Desi Chinese dish and everyone’s favorite. They have justified and made it so delicious and accompanied very well with noodles

Chilli Gobi Manchurian tasted excellent and loved the Manchurian balls which again a good side for roti and Jeera rice

Roti was very soft and I enjoyed having with both the sides.

Jeera rice was full of flavor, loved the aroma and long grains which was cooked perfectly.

Had fresh watermelon and pineapple juice which was so fresh and of course stand by the healthy drink.

Mango Kulfi was divine and delicious to end with all the delicious dishes.

Desi Junction has chaats and Indian dishes as well, please visit and give a try.

The Desi Junction is a newly opened Indian-food joint, in Karama. If you’re looking for authentic desi Indian food without burning a hole in your wallet, this is the spot for you.

The menu consists of unique regional dishes, from every corner of India. The Desi Junction menu is very intriguing, with unique combinations and classic favourites. The food is fresh, different and highly affordable.

One of the best places to go for authentic Indian food!

For starters we had Sev Puri and Dahi Bhalla

Dahi Bhalla : These are deep fried lentil fritters dunked in creamy yogurt, topped with different kinds of sweet and spicy chutneys and then garnished with spice powders. It is a popular Indian street food, eaten across India

Sev Puri : Sev puri is spicy, sweet and tangy to taste with so many different textures and flavors mingling in your mouth.

For our drinks the kala khatta cooler had a fizz to it. A glass of chilled Jamun Kala Khatta drink is both hydrating and refreshingly enjoyable! It will quench your thirst and please your palate

We started the main course with the signature Tundae kebab. Soft and delicate kababs with minced meat. Evenly spiced and cooked well.

Butter chicken was exceptionally good as it had the right blend of flavours and complimented the jeera rice and wheat paratha. Butter chicken is a must try.

Ended the meal with some heavenly mouthwatering Mango Kheer.
Mango kheer is sweet and rich vermicelli and milk based pudding, perfect for the summer.

#stayhome #staysafe is the new “Hi” & “Bye” now a days ... we are restricted to go out ... going out to dine in is something which we are missing most ... Desi Junction Restaurant came as a savior yesterday... Desi Junction is a new restaurant opened just a few months back in Dubai. They are specialized in the desi cuisine & keeping in Ming the current pandemic situation, they are also offering home deliveries.

They sent me their lavish Desi delicacies, which I enjoyed at the comfort of my home along with my family.

We started with the famous Sev Puri ... I love it as I am a big fan of the street food of India. Then there was Mutton cheese burger... it was just ok...

Their main course comprises of Tawa chicken, chicken biryani, Daal Makhani & zeera rice ... surprisingly all of my favorite foods .. we enjoyed it to fullest. . I loved the tawa chicken .. it was scrumptious.

There was also Mango Lassi .. a perfect drink for the season.

Thanks a lot My Desi Junction for this delicious treat. Would surely love to try it over again. . . .
To sum it all I must say, a highly recommendable place... amazing food.

I felt like being desified and decided to order some desi cuisines from desi junction. And it turned out to be really delicious and in fact, I got desified. The delivery was quick and the food served to me was fresh and scrumptious. I have tried butter chicken (4/5), fried rice (5/5), Mutton bun cheese keema (5/5), boondhi chat (4/5), Vada pav (5/5), Mango Lassi (5/5).

The mango Lassi and vada pav was my favourite. What I loved really about this place is its authenticity. Everything tasted so desi.

This is one of the hidden gems in the new list of restaurants that have come up in Karama... reading the reviews thought of giving a try.
We ordered bun, tawa chicken, chicken butter masala, sev puri and papdi chaat..
Firstly very quickly delivered although being Friday and well packed. as requested chutney was separately sent... although slight soggy for obvious reasons but chaat was very good.
Their in house bun as they say was delicious and the tawa chicken too. Butter chicken was hero of all as it was just spot on... not sweet as it used to be everywhere....Creamy and a delight to have it with the Soft bun. Keep up the taste guys ????????
Zomato is expensive, call up and order directly you will be surprised at the prices and it’s simply worth.

Received a delivery from this brand new restaurant Desi Junction in karama.They are serving some delicious north indian street food.Food was neatly packed,named & delivered on time. We tried following dishes from their menu:-. Sev Puri,Mutton Keema Bun,Pav bhaji,Tawa chicken boti & Kala khatta.I highly recommend their Mutton Keema Bun & Tawa chicken boti.Sev puri was also.Butter chicken could have been little more better.Kala Khatta was refreshing.

Got a dinner delivery from @mydesijunction of some really amazing dishes which included (what I call proper yummy) Butter Chicken, Mutton Keema in a Cheese Bun, Tawa Chicken Boti Takatak, Papri Chaat and fragrant Jeera rice along with a giant glass of superb mango lassi. Although everything I had was really made well and tasted good, the butter chicken was the star dish for me and I'm ordering it again very soon

The latest entrant in the desi food world of Dubai is a brain-child of Chef Aatir Dhadalla who is doing a bang on job with the flavours and taste from his menu of hits. The prices are affordable and good value for money with a wide range of options. Definitely recommended for good tasting Indian food
