I guess this is my first and last visit here..Sorry can't recommend. Craving for isaw but when i tried,it was super dried honestly can't eat. Food was actually not really good,beef and chicken was hard. Your chef must look and try your food one day. I feel very bad in my ear every time the door will open/close, i guess you have to sit in your dining and check how it feels.
PS.
you must check back your guest if hows the food taste and say thank you at least if they are leaving or greet while entering your cafeteria/restaurant.

I ordered online through noon.
1st order - cheese cake wasn’t available.
2nd order - they cancelled the order
3rd order - cheese cake again wasn’t available but they don’t update their menu, someone called me from they and unfortunately I forgot to get the name, it was a guy. Instead of apologizing, he blamed me that I ordered again.
4th order - kutsinta is not available.
Very poor customer service, if they know how to apologize and talk politely you wouldn't feel bad and will just let it pass.
I will never order from them anymore!!!
The food taste good but customer service is very important to me! I hope the management will look into that and start training their staff!

Good food but they need improve the customer service. Unwelcoming staff. The cashier was busy to her phone not even greet us or bother to take our orders.

Employees are so nice and welcoming, the place is clean and the flavors of their milk tea are delicious. However, to my dismay they always give me the wrong order, it's my fault though that I didn't check it before leaving the counter. It's just that they're not busy and I kinda trust them since they seem to know their job. Thanks though it's a lesson learned to always check you order especially take away. NOTE: this review is meant for Ochado Burjuman Branch!

Would give it a zero if I could.
Sleepy service, poor food quality, and when we asked why it was like this they stated that their kitchen was backed up, yet the restaurant was damn near empty. Took 3 hour to get delivered food. Food was dry and not cooked well and not surprisingly missing ordered item when we call at 9 pm they said its closing they can provide yet the closing time they mentioned 3 am. Next day when we ask again for the missing order they are insisting to pay again which we already paid and they forgot delivered. Super disappointed ????☹️

I ordered blueberry cheesecake and black forest.. It didn't taste like what i ordered its both less sugar.. It taste like water only..

Food are great! Typical Filipino shop, not recommended to go if you're dead hungry cause it'll take some time for preparing your order.
