Always love to shop in this store! Varieties of jewelries with all kinds of designs can be chosen. The staff is very professional and friendly especially the manager Ashish! He really helped me a lot with diamonds picking and matching designs! Lovely shopping experience and excellent customer service even after purchasing. Every time I visit Dubai, I’ll go to him to see new pieces for me and my family! ????????

Very poor customer service, NO interest in responding to what is now a serious compliant. I now have 2 Diamonds missing from a poor quality ring - after having 1 already repaired locally. Several emails since February 2022. Extremely disappointed Customer

We’ve been here a few times when visiting Dubai from England and always had really good service from the guys (even remembered us!). Such a beautiful collection of diamonds and my engagement and wedding ring were made here.

They also fixed my mums broken engagement ring and did a great job! Their jewellery is so lovely, my dad bought my mum a new engagement and wedding ring.

Would recommend :-) hopefully I’ll be able to go back and visit one day!

Please please please stay away from this store, they are seriously a group of over priced thieves who sell rings way over priced and when you want to return it they start feeding you nonsenses about the market going soft and people are no longer into buying diamonds and then they offer you literally half the price you paid to buy it back. I regret from the bottom of my heart for ever buying from them and I want to help other people to stay clear of them and go somewhere else.
They will tell you that I have used it for several years but everyone knows that gold and diamonds are commodities that don't go down in value that much over time that's why people invest in buying gold and diamond and had I sold it for the price they offered they will most certainly sell it to someone else for three times the price they bought it for. So don't buy into this nonsense about the diamond being used because it's not a mechanical engine that wears and tears

Avoid this company
Came out and estimated for 10 doors and price accepted as per emailed quote from them and then 3 days before starting, phoned to say they have got the doors wrong and we needed to pay more money and when questioned over it refused to do the job.
