Great food, service not ok

This is the most bad thing I have seen in one of the branch KFC in the Emirates. The employee made a mistake for the third time with the order. When the manager came and I told him what happened, he decided to cancel the order in a very ugly way. He did not respect me. His name is Mark Henry, and he is the worst manager I have ever seen in my life. Bad experience bad manager special mark hanry

Really, very slow service. I am waiting almost 15 minutes to get my order. Only one person working cashier and the food ready restaurant manager setting and using the mobile. Nothing caring about customer. I am ordering dining but he said we don’t have trade take the take away only really so bad, KFC

Awful service! Were waiting for 5 minutes to make an order, 3 workers were collecting previous 2 orders and no one in counter to receive new orders. Finally went to McDonalds, where were served just in few minutes

Delivery was a mess. Waited for 2 hrs and we were promised that a new food will be delivered, but that was not the actual food been delivered. No appropriate compensation offered, the store only mentioned that they can bring a new food and of course, we need to wait again.
