One of the best McDonald’s as of now in dubai ???????? Staffs were so professional in there work.
We visited with our kid, they do special care for them.
When compare to other branches the burger ???? & fries ???? were so tasty ????
Highly recommended!!

Love the service, the menu and the atmosphere… really enjoyed the big tasty burger. The cheese and sauce paired well with the beef patty. Super yummay

I think the staffs are not well trained enough especially the duty manager Suneeta at McDonalds The Pointe as she let me repeated 3 times the same concern that I have rather than analyzing and fixing the issue. I think they need to be trained more on their application as well coz sometimes the staffs cannot handle the issue on the application. The table service also is not helping coz they will tell you to rather order at the counter or at the machine (what is the use of table service?).
The staffs were not friendly, especially the duty manager and she is not accomodating and doesn’t even smile as well. They will accomodate you only when or once you complain. I will never come back to this branch, very poor customer service.

no problems here. the restaurant is clean and tidy. the staff are friendly and welcoming. we ordered via the in store screens but you can also order at the counter or via the app. our food was brought to our table promptly, and our burgers were hot and tasty. it was very quiet when we visited around 11am.

The best burger is signature smoke bbq. Sometimes it’s crowded but it’s really good place for fast food.

The worst Mcdonalds in all of Dubai. Never order takeaway from here. 9/10 times it will arrive all wet and disgusting. The staff in this Mcdonalds are poorly trained. They frequently forget to put the drink lid on properly or not at all and so the drink will spill all over food making it horrible. Also if you order happy meal or burgers it will come very greasy. I ate it one time and got sick. Someone please investigate this Mcdonalds staff and management. what is going on? There are many reviews talking about the same thing.
