Made an order. Was charged more than the price on the menu. Screen and physical menu both say 65dh for large sourdough but was billed 75. The explanation was the menu and the screen (!) is old. Its literally a way to micro scam customers. Personally i would avoid this place for future due to the hidden additional charges

Service was extremely slow. There were only 2 servers on the floor and in the kitchen. The food took AGES. Like an hour ages. The restaurant was full and clearly understaffed. My pizza arrived without onions despite ordering extra. Then they took a long time to replace it and put more onions than pizza. I love onions, but the overwhelming amount was visually traumatising. Whenever we called servers they would say one minute and then never come. It was just a bad experience and if we hadn’t have paid by the time we ordered we would have left. Disappointing, but food was decent and affordable which is why I didn’t give one star.

My friend and I visited Pizza Hut at your point mall last night at 10.50 pm and ordered pizza.
We were attended by the Egyptian lady there
They said. "There is only take away food.. we are not allowed to eat here.. we have almost started to close the shop".. "if you want you can sit outside and eat"
His working hours are from ten in the morning to three in the morning.. still we had to sit outside in the hot weather to eat.. I have a lot of objection to this..
Their misbehavior towards us was very bad

A description of the service provided by Edgardo.
First, although they are charging extra for handcrafted crust, he added additional 5.5dhs for XL mozzarella which we did not ask. Explenation is that extra mozzarella is going with the handcraft crust as standard. Nowhere in the menu is this mentioned.Additionally price for garlic bread in the menu and on the counter is 10 dhs, Amount on my bill is 14. Explenation by Edgardo is that its not updated.

Horrible experience. It's like the staff doesn't want people to dine in. We wanted to order the limo pizza however they said it cost 149 dirhams instead of 99 dirhams for some reason the cashier couldn't explain. Then it includes salad and garlic bread as the sides and very strangely we are not allowed to choose. First time ever I faced this kind of a situation that I was not given any option for the sides. The restaurant was completely empty and the staff was enjoying their life. Unbelievable

Quick and humble staffs. And nice outdoor area with feel good ambience to dine-in. If you are visiting to The Pointe, dine-in here and validate your parking for 3 hours free parking. There is KFC, McDonalds also available nearby.

I do like pizza hut, the pizza was good, wedges were bad, service was not that great even though I was the only one in the restaurant.

Undercooked and not fresh ingredients, and really really salty and deliver took over an hour, pizza was cold. Avoid this location
