AVOID AVOID AVOID buying fresh chicken there, as guy in butcher shop, handling fresh meat and chicken without any gloves with bare hands... Bought Toblerone chocolates, came to take refund, they stated they are not authorized to do it, that I have to come back when their Manager is on duty!!! Bought few times chicken, had to throw it away as smelled bad. Shame for such a super market.

Very bad attitude of cashier she keeps on arguing every customer who’s paying 100aed bills just because we only purchase less than 10aed to think that everyday we are coming to purchase in this branch and the manager dont care at all he was seating just hand over the card then ok go ahead and cancel it many times happen like nothing happen because according to the cashier the company rules is to cancel the purchase if the customer has bigger amount of money and purchasing small amount of items

This branch has a great staffs accommodating, great offers and fresh vegetables and other items. Will surely back again to do shopping.

Very bad service, how come I have to cancel my order because they don't have change for 100aed , and all my restaurant items from same place every day and from now we stop because no respect.

I hope you are doing well

I wanted to share one of my experience with westzone diamond 6, dubai marina branch.

Yesterday 31/10/2022 at 06:13 PM, i visited your store, after getting my stuff i came for payment. I made the payment by card, at that time your staff didn’t asked me for the poly bag, after payment when i told her i need the poly bag, then she said you cant make payment of 25 fills by card. I told her why didn’t you asked me when i was paying and i dont have cash.

After that what she said is very discriminating and it was like she was trying to show me down humiliating me and it is not only for me, she tried to show my country as cheap and miser.

Her comment was infront of all the visitors that ( sir i thought indian are very miser people (Kanjoos) thats why I didn’t even asked).

It is completely not acceptable that a big brand like Westzone’s staff will show this kind of rude and racist comment toward customers.

I want an action by westzone on this issue so no other Westzone staff will do this to customers. And this will be an example for everyone. Dubai is very diverse place and if Westzone’s staff will start polluting this diverse culture then it is not good for this country.

I want your immediate action and support in this regard.
