This is an excellent spa. The staff are courteous and friendly. Citra and Asih did a fantastic massage, very relaxing and soothing. When complete we were refreshed and ready for the rest of the day. Highly recommend this spa. Greeted well by the front desk and the staff did an excellent job. Will come back again. Thanks again for the fantastic service.

I visited this place after it was recommended by a friend. I went for 60 minute facial that turned up to be face massage mainly. First, the level of hygiene was poor. I had a used wet towel that was bursting with oil smell on the bed I was supposed to use! I asked them to change it but the kinky oil smell was taking over the room.
Next, the lady started with the facial, no face cleaning was done except for some face masks and the scrub which later on caused my face to react and still red and puffy the next day. It should be advertised as face massage not facial because the expectations for facials are very different.
The good side was that the lady was very polite and she was actually good at massaging if that’s what you’re looking for.

Puspa was my message therapist. First you should know I spent most of my adult life in Asia, including Indonesia. Puspa, was EXCELLENT, she listened perfectly and focused the right amount of time on the muscles I had concerns about and she adjusted to the perfect pressure based on my reaction.
I would place her in the top 1% of massage therapist based on skill and knowledge.

My Fiancé and I came in for a couples massage. From the moment we stepped into the spa we were greeted with a warm welcome and big smile. This location has such a calming ambiance.

Both Irma and Asih’s expertise and skill were truly remarkable. Their hands seemed to possess an innate understanding of the body, effortlessly locating tension. The technique used was a perfect blend of soothing strokes and firm pressure, ensuring that every muscle received the attention it needed. It was evident that these therapists have a deep understanding of anatomy and a genuine passion for healing through touch.

Our experience surpassed all expectations and they deserve the highest praise. 5 Star all the way.

Absolutely amazing service. Reception staff so friendly and helpful. therapist was great. You can use the sauna and steam room after massage - really worthwhile. And nice quite location

Had a Balinese couples massage with Rena and Irma and they were amazing. Really good technique and extremely relaxing. Jane at the reception was also lovely and helpful in helping us decide which massage to get.

Very professional staff. Irma gives fantastic massages and Kim at reception is very helpful and friendly. Facilities are also nice.
